Frequently asked questions
Are Microsoft 365 licences included in the plan price?
No. Microsoft licences are not included in the price; the client pays for them directly to Microsoft or its partner. I will help you choose suitable plans and get rid of the ones you don’t need. The Standard and Secure plans require a Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence.
Who are the services for?
For small businesses with 5–20 users and no in-house IT – for example accounting firms, law firms, agencies, real estate agencies and online shops.
What does the free M365 check include?
A short review of key settings (e.g. MFA, admin accounts, email protection, licences) and a verbal summary of the biggest risks. A detailed written audit costs €149 and is deducted when you sign a contract.
How does support work? Do you need to come to our office?
I do most of the work remotely. Response times depend on the plan – from the next working day (Basic) to 4 business hours (Secure).
What if we already have another IT provider?
I will plan the transition so that you lose nothing – I take over and review access, documentation and settings as part of onboarding.
How long is the contract and can it be terminated?
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. You can terminate it at any time without giving a reason, with a notice period of 1 month that starts on the first day of the month following delivery of the notice.
